Return and Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be
in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in
its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at llamawhisp@aol.com. You are
responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Item to us. You should send
it to the following address:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item
is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may
evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you
know if approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded with
a gift certificate to the giftshop or the farm (via email) within 10 business days.
